Our commitment

Kairos Studios LLC, operator of Varia at variagenome.com, is committed to making the product usable by people with disabilities. We target conformance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA for the primary conversion path: landing page, free scan upload, existence preview, unlock, and checkout entry.

Varia does not use third-party accessibility overlays or widgets. Improvements are made directly in our HTML, CSS, and application code.

Measures we take

• Automated scans with axe-core on marketing pages and the app shell after each material UI change.
• Manual keyboard-only and screen-reader spot checks on the conversion path.
• Design tokens adjusted for WCAG 2.2 AA contrast on the default light theme.
• Visible focus indicators and sufficient target sizes on interactive controls.
• Status messages (scan progress and scan-complete summaries) exposed to assistive technology.

Known limitations

Genomic visualizations and dense dashboard tables may require horizontal scrolling at high zoom levels. We continue to improve reflow on small viewports. If a barrier affects your ability to complete a scan or purchase, please tell us using the contact below.
